Our Experience
Dupras Ledoux was the first firm in Quebec to design a large-scale building certified LEED Platinum (the Rio Tinto Alcan Planetarium in 2013) and a BCZ-Performance building (Le Phénix in 2017). Our team has contributed to numerous LEED-certified projects, reinforcing our widely recognized expertise in sustainable design. Energy Studies
We conduct energy studies to recommend concrete, practical measures for optimizing building energy efficiency. This service includes a detailed assessment of all existing systems, analysis of potential improvement scenarios, and estimates of energy savings, costs, and GHG emission reductions for each scenario, along with calculations of investment payback periods (IRR). We also offer technical and economic analyses for the integration of dual-energy systems.
Support for Environmental Certifications
We provide full support and coordination for obtaining energy certifications such as LEED, BCZ, and others. Our services include identifying relevant credits, verifying compliance of plans and specifications, documenting credits related to mechanical, electrical, and lighting systems, and integrating feedback from the commissioning agent.
